The subject of these terms and conditions is the relationships between ASCO Schweiz (hereinafter ASCO) and the users (hereinafter user) of the on-line services that ASCO offers on the Internet. The user accepts these terms and conditions by making use of the respective services. Terms and conditions of the user that deviate from these terms and conditions shall have no validity. Any deviations require the express consent of ASCO.
Falling within the scope of these terms and conditions are:

3. Obligations of the user
The services provided to users are free of charge.
The user undertakes to use the identifier assigned to him/her (user name, password) in conformity with the contract and not to make it available to a third party in any way without the written consent of ASCO. The user shall be responsible for protecting (user name, password) the identifier assigned to him/her. ASCO disclaims any liability for damages incurred by the user due to the misuse or loss of the identifier assigned to him/her.
4. Availability of Stripteasejobs.ch
ASCO on-line services are usually available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. ASCO reserves the right to restrict these hours of operation or to suspend them temporarily for technical reasons.
5. Technical equipment of the user / installation and costs
The user shall be responsible for ensuring that hardware and software components he/she employs are compatible for use with the information and communication services operated by ASCO. ASCO disclaims any liability for damages incurred by the user as a result of using Stripteasejobs.ch. This is particularly true, if said damages arise from the incompatibility between the components employed by the user and those used by Stripteasejobs.ch.
The users themselves shall bear the costs for the purchase and installation of the hardware and software components required for use, as well as for establishing a connection with the on-line services and products of ASCO.
6. Liability of ASCO
ASCO shall be liable only if gross negligence or intentional behavior can be demonstrated in case of breach of contract. The liability of ASCO shall in any case be limited to the amount it has charged the user for the respective service. In no event shall ASCO be liable for consequential damages and lost profits. Liability for any damage caused by computer viruses, spyware and other malicious computer programs is also excluded. The same liability limitations apply for employees and agents of ASCO.
Nor is ASCO liable for service interruptions caused by malfunctions of any kind or due to troubleshooting, maintenance and the introduction of new technologies.
The content published on Stripteasejobs.ch is created with great care. However, the correctness, completeness and topicality of the information and communication services that Stripteasejobs.ch offers cannot be guaranteed. ASCO disclaims any liability for this. 10. Copyright
The user receives the non-transferable, non-exclusive right to personal use and enjoyment of the service for the duration of the service. All intellectual property rights with respect to services of ASCO shall remain with ASCO. In particular, reproduction and duplication of the contents of ASCO (texts, images) including storage and use on optical and electronic data storage media are only permitted with the express consent of ASCO. The use of content in whole or in part (including incorporation into on-line services) by unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
11. Guidelines for reviews
The following additional provisions shall apply to reviews on Stripteasejobs. ch. The authors of reviews grant ASCO the right, free of charge and unrestricted with regard to time or place, to use their reviews in whole or in part on the portal.
Reviews must be objective. No texts with illegal content shall be published, specifically those containing statements which are insulting, offensive, defamatory, harmful to personal or business reputation, pornographic, racist, radically right-wing or left-wing, or which incite violence or other criminal acts.
Mandatory registration of the user is a requirement for writing a review. Users who do not follow the guidelines for reviews may have their registration canceled.
The author of a posting is responsible for the accuracy of contents, legal correctness as well as observance of third party rights. He/she alone shall bear any legal consequences that may arise. He/she agrees to indemnify ASCO from all third party claims made due to his/her postings.
12. Contract period and termination
The user accepts the present terms and conditions by creating a personal Stripteasejobs.ch user account. The continued use of the services and products of ASCO after termination of the Stripteasejobs.ch user account and associated access rights is prohibited. The continued use of the services and products of ASCO after expiry of the contract period shall require the conclusion of a new contract.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss substantive law shall apply to all legal relationships arising from the contract between the user and ASCO and from these terms and conditions, excluding the provisions of the CISG. The sole place of jurisdiction is Zürich as the seat of ASCO. ASCO may, however, also institute proceedings against the user at his/her place of business or residence.
14. Final provisions
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a new provision that comes as close as possible to the economic and legal effect of the invalid provision.
ASCO expressly reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The user is obliged to inform him/herself about the currently valid version of the terms and condition on the website of ASCO.
